Deworming medication
So I play with dogs cows etc while I am doing my morning walk and recently I was prescribed deworming medication and I was feeling quite an easy and had some digestion problems but now after the deworming I feel better and also while being I have observed some small worm like organisms three times very small thread like but wiggling which of stopped after the medication so my question is whether I should take deworming medication as a routine part I remember the doctor mentioning every 6 months but since I am interacting with animals everyday what is your take on the duration should I be taking it monthly is it harmful?

Taking a deworming tablet every six months is the usual advice for most adults, and that already covers someone who is regularly around pets and farm animals. Monthly dosing is not standard practice and is not needed just for being outdoors daily; the worm-like specks you saw after the last dose were likely being expelled, which is actually a sign the medicine worked.
Next Steps
Stick to the six-monthly schedule your doctor gave you, and keep up basic hygiene like handwashing after being around animals and before eating. If digestion issues or those worm-like specks come back between doses, please check with your physician rather than repeating the tablet on your own.
Health Tips
Taking deworming medication more often than advised can strain your liver without real benefit, so stick to the interval your doctor recommends.
