Acidity that slowly turns into pain or difficulty swallowing often means the food pipe lining has gotten irritated or inflamed from reflux. Vomiting after meals on top of that makes it worth getting checked properly rather than just managing the acidity at home.
Next Steps
Please see a physician or gastroenterologist soon. An upper GI endoscopy usually helps find exactly what's causing the swallowing difficulty and guides the right treatment.
