Problem in swallowing
I have problem in swallowing my food. In the food pipe, it burns and pains, and goes slowly in the stomach. I often suffer acidity.

Your symptoms point towards gastro esophageal reflux. You can try antacid and PPI for few days If you don't find any relief consult with gastroenterologist

avoid spicy and fatty food Keep a gap  of atleast 2 hours between food intake and lying down

you should take sufficient amount of water like 4 to 5 l water per day and take less spicy and fatty food  and do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation.
