Hi doctor, I have gut infection,I have tried O2 and satrogyl, metrogyl but all not working on me because I have resistance to them please suggest new Antibiotics for gut infection.

History of CNS TB & Hydrocephalus, taken ATT for 3 yrs with Prednisone and gabapentin. My belly is getting bigger, no pain or discomfort, no exercise and diet is helping. Abdominal ultrasound, LFT, TSH and Blood sugar are normal. Iam having Neurogenic bladder and Neurogenic bowel also. Today my doctor said my big belly is also because of nerve damage as all reports are fine. Please give suggestion.

I am having UTI and frequent motions amongst other things . I was prescribed antibiotics , gas meds and normaxin after breakfast lunch dinner I slept over and had normaxin after 1pm. I am confused when I should have my afternoon dosage ? Should I wait for at least 4 hours ?

Is this stomach infection should I take medicine attached report . Should I go for some other tests

I am 18 years old and since yesterday I am having severe stomach pain along with a lot of gas and vomiting. My stomach feels heavy and uncomfortable even when I don’t eat much. I feel nauseous and weak. Please suggest what could be the reason and what medicine or home remedy I can take for quick relief.

I m suffering from bloating and taking hepanil medicine and one gas medicine but no improvement. Pls suggest which test I should do and reason for bloating

My 2 year old serves constipation. I am giving her a fiber rich diet, fruit,and dry fruits. Still she passed the stool after 2-3 days . The Poop smell is really very bad. She fart also with a bad smell Its been 3 days since she pooped and she vomit yesterday whole night. I tried to give nex pro junior ..she vomit that too Not able to digest food. Only once urine pass After Giving Emeset, she is better but no poop Thanks

1. First upper GI done june 2020 2. Every six months USG abdomen as I am hyperacidic 3. But in Jun2025 diagnosed with PVT Thrombosis extrahepatic in portal vein inliver confirmed by CECT Abdomen, With no other issues, report attached 4. As a follow up aug again Doppler done shows same medical condition. 5. Again Sep 30 repeated as follow up Doppler shows the same . But few days back I started gastric problem burping bloating nauseaus , as I am on pantop d since 4 years ... Still continuing but gastric reflux is there I am totally disturbed is this something serious issue any serious thing growing in my body . My CECT Abdomen and CBC and LFT report attached for ur reference. Plz help ...I am like finished can't eat anything...After tea it's flare up Weight loss is there not 3 4 kha a week it's like 1 kg 1.5 kg in last 15 days ... Feeling depressed and low energetic no vommit no blood in stool I do believe ... My current CBC report 1. TLc 5.04 2. HB 13.8 3. Platelet 152

Are these tablets safe to take for constipation and bloating and gas? I took one two days ago It emptied my bowel can I take this again? any side effects to these tablets?
