Hi Doctor my son is 7 years old and I have been observing that my son after eating goes to stool if it's afternoon or evening the same he does and he has one problem he goes to stool by standing how much ever I say you need to go washroom making him understand hygiene and unhygienic please do suggest me on this what food has to be given so his gut health should be goof

I am suffering from severe stomach burning and gastritis, acid reflux so I started taking aloe vera for it because previously it helped, only this aloe vera, actual plant leaf, inside clear gel, but after taking I am suffering from severe bloating and severe constipation, I have not passed motion in a month, I took aloe vera for 1 and half month, so please help me, I have stopped taking aloe vera now, what should of do? I am not able to take any medicine because of severe acidify. Will my constipation improve ?

Hi Doctor, 1. i daily feels like my stomach is full heavy and tight and at the same time feels heaviness near anal area like if someone pressed my stomach then i will pass stool. 2. Twice or thrice in a year generally when i am outside my home i get frequent hiccups which last for 2-3 days and even not stop after drinking water. It feels like a vaccum is created in stomach which wants so much air to breathe to fill the gap. 3. Whenever i am outside on a trip with my family i get frequent loose motions which happens with so much noise. At that time stomach shrinks after passing gas but after 5-10min coming from bathroom i again feel stomach full and tightness. 4. If i eat ghee also i feel like my stomach is feeling heavy. I tried to summarize whole issue related with my stomach overall. Now main question is what checkup should i go with to confirm and solve this issue? I am observing from the last 5 months , white substance looks in stools , prior to the month of aug , one sudden blood was seen in stools after consulting a physician , he prescribed some antibiotics rifagut , after 5 days of course the stools report came normal,

I believe i was diagnosed with fatty liver grade 1 before..and It was cured with Nux vaumica 30...but again facing issues like irritation on right abdomen, slight burning sensation only after having heavy food or oily food. Even 4 am also bowel happens. Should I again take Nux vaumica 30 or chelladium ? Or i should visit a homeopathy again..? Note that i have stopped alcohol..complete only 8% beer occasionally.
