Pain pooping
I have been having trouble pooping for a month now. It hurts a little when I first relieve myself in the morning but subsequently it's okay. Earlier the pain was more. Now it has gotten a little better but the pain is still there.Any suggestions what to do?

It is because of constipation. Take laxatives. Fibre rich diet. Avoid oily foods and junk foods.
