The urinary problem is likely due to the renal stone. The following steps may help: - Drink 3 liters of water per day - Reduce your intake of dietary sodium. eg: Salted snacks, Prepared salad dressings, mustard, ketchup, pickled foods, olives, etc - Reduce your intake of animal protein such as meat, poultry, fish, and eggs. - Maintain proper calcium intake from food or calcium supplements. - Avoid food such as spinach, rhubarb, strawberries, chocolate, wheat bran, nuts, beets and brewed tea. - Exercise regularly (minimum 30mins) The swelling felt over the anus needs to be examined as there's a possibility of fissures or hemorrhoids. I would advise you to visit a general surgeon so that you can be examined and undergo necessary investigations to find the underlying cause of the problem. These following steps may help: - Do not strain during bowel movements - Reduce weight as per your BMI - Exercise regularly - Eat food rich in fiber and bran based cereals. - Have laxatives for strain to be reduced during bowel movements - Sitting on a doughnut ring cushions can reduce the pain while sitting. If the problem persists or worsens visit the ER

Hi.... You might have developed anal fissure...... Anal fissure usually heals on its own within four to six weeks. If it doesn't, medical treatment or surgery usually can relieve discomfort.... Add fiber to your diet. Fiber-rich foods include fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains..... Drink adequate fluids. Fluids help prevent constipation.....Exercise regularly. Engage in 30 minutes or more of moderate physical activity, such as walking, most days of the week. Exercise promotes regular bowel movements and increases blood flow to all parts of your body, which may promote healing of an anal fissure.... Avoid straining during bowel movements. Straining creates pressure, which can open a healing tear or cause a new tear....
