Urge to poop after breakfast
I am facing urge to poop after breakfast from 3 to 4 years  along with fart or gas once or twice a week or sometimes not . I never face this issue after launch and breakfast . I don't know why this happened i am physically fit and do exercise daily. Now this becomes phobia to me whenever i ate breakfast this indigestion thing automatically gets in my mind and now create hurdle in my daily routine. Please help me out i even meet gastroenterologist for this issue he suggest me there is nothing its normal . I am just confused how to overcome this. Ps :- i am having gallbladder remoal surgery in 2018 because of multiple small stones. Thankyou

See it's normally seen as a reflex tat after eating and stomach ful ppl feel like pooping.. But its also seen in some patients who hav work load/stress factors/multi tasking.. tend to hav a hyperactive reflex.. Not tat it's dangerous or life threatening.. But the more ur worried the more u feel like pooping.. U can definitely consult a gastro.. But again it's more of a psychological effect so relaxing/yoga can help for a long tern benefit though it's effect is seen slowly
