I am a 32-year-old female weighing around 80 kg. I recently heard about the injection Mounjaro being used for weight loss and appetite control. I wanted to know: • Is Mounjaro safe for weight loss in someone without diabetes? • Would it be suitable in my case? • Which specialist should I consult for this in Pune (endocrinologist, bariatric doctor, or general physician)? • Are there any important side effects I should know about?

I am experiencing mild/ dull stomach pain above my belly button, no loose motions but During night I feel bloated, the pain comes and goes, I am trying home remedies like ajwain water and ORS water, curd the the pain is still there, it gets wore after eating. I feel no hiccup or acidity. I am experiencing this since Friday. I have no other symptoms like nausea, fever or loss of appetite. I was experiencing similar to this in January also, so I got my LFT done which was normal and the doctor gave the Acotiamide extended tablet with pantomime tab that I took for 5 days, the pain vanished. I have attached the prescription of the doctor.

I have been experiencing digestive issues for some time. After eating, I often feel heaviness in my stomach. It is not severe bloating, but there is noticeable discomfort and a feeling that digestion is slow. Around 30–60 minutes after meals, my stomach frequently makes loud gurgling or rumbling sounds. These sounds are sometimes quite noticeable in quiet environments such as libraries or classrooms, which makes me feel embarrassed. Along with the sounds, I sometimes feel mild gas movement in my stomach. My bowel movements are generally normal and regular. I do not have constipation, diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. My appetite, body weight, and overall physical condition are normal. I usually avoid junk and fried foods and try to follow a healthy diet. After meals, I drink warm water about 20–30 minutes later. Despite this, the heaviness and stomach sounds continue to occur after eating. I would like to know the possible cause and whether any tests or treatment are required.

I have been getting squeezing sensation in my stomach since a week and i get random sounds from my stomach even of i had food few min ago and if i had my meal just an hour ago i still sometimes feel emptiness in my stomach

A feeling of stomach fullness is there after eating food. Also, bloating is there. After eating breakfast at 9 am there is no urge to eat in afternoon. In morning after breakfast there is bloating & an urge to defecate for 2-3 times during day but bloating is not relieved after that also. Had h pylori treatment during summer in 2024 & 2025. But symptoms relapse & there is no complete relief from bloating & dyspepsia.

I have uncomfortable feeling near naval area in stomach. Please help. It's not continuous pain, it's uncomfortable.. please help. It's happening for the last 2 days. I had gas tablet also..
