Hi, I am 26 years old. I already eat a very little, I dont even feel like eating, I am working out, taking protein but yet not able to lose weight. Why?

Hello, if you are eating very little, have no appetite and still can't reach your weight goal, it is worth finding the reason rather than pushing harder with exercise or supplements. Common causes include thyroid problems, low haemoglobin, vitamin B12 or D deficiency, PCOS, poor sleep and stress.

Because it's not about food or fat It can be swelling present in your body also. Body needs water, proper food, exercise. Less food will not help in weight reduction although it can increase the weight. You don't need heavy exercise, protein only diet,less food. You have to first include Water, Take food on time, Take warm Turmeric water (if not allergic) Do exercise as you are doing.

Check your Tsh and also check for insulin resistance and pcos.if there is underlying renal or cardiac or renal pathology check that.Also check cbc for anemia.if you are on any medication like steroids that can also cause weight gain.some antipsychotic medications can also cause weight gain

How much is your weight ? Did you do your hormones profile done.are u following calories deficit diet?

Not losing weight despite working out and eating protein usually has a few explanations. Eating too little while training hard can make your body hold on to weight instead of losing it. Building muscle can also add weight and hold water for some weeks before the scale moves. An underactive thyroid or ongoing stress are other common causes worth checking.
