Hello ,I have just got surgeries done for thyroid cancer for PTC , TT.Subce then I had put a lot of weight.No matter what I do , not able to reduce.I do yoga,gym, diet but weight seems to keep increasing.Please let me know what I can do or take for support. I have IBS and sensitive stomach as well.

I have too much pain in the upper abdomen radiating towards the back and causing me lot of discomfort and sufferance from past two weeks. I am having severe GERD with esophagitis grade B and fatty liver. I do have reoccurrence of hiatus hernia. I am a Bariatric patient completed my sleeve gastrectomy in the year 2020. Bcoz of the GERD complexity I have got ineffective esophageal motility also in manometry. Doctor suggested me for a roux en y gastric bypass as options are limited for me with a long term PPI use which is presently not functioning on me. But suddenly from past two weeks I have severe stomach pain radiating towards the back and getting sticky stool which is not going easily from the WC. Yesterday I did USG whole abdomen and they found infiltration of Pancreas where they couldn't see the tail as it was obscured by bowel gas. Please suggest as stomach is in bad pain which is getting difficult to manage.

Is mounjaro safe and which doctor should I consult for mounjaro in mumbai? My weight is 90kg and wish to reduce, I have long shift and travelling to office ( 14hrs daily) plus family and hence I am unable to do any gym or exercise. But I keep getting sugar craving and hence take lots of sweets & cold drink, which is increasing my weight. A friend of mine took mounjaro and her weight reduced and she also told me , she don't get any craving. So I wanted to check if this is safe and can I take. I don't have any medical issue like diabetes. All my reports are good, no cholesterol , BP , sugar anything. Just that I am obese.

I always have indigestion, constipation and now a days i feel headaches regularly, jaw pain neck pain also feel irritated.

Severe bad breath from more than 6 months , visited multiple dentist & gastro but no use , acid reflux with feeling like some thing stuck in back of the throat , just below ribs cage some kind of bump & sharp pain , some times right & left navel burning sensation & tingling feeling after eating , plz help with this ,

I vomited yesterday. Once . After that my body is very weak. Today early morning I am facing some pains throughout my body , some gas pains . In the neck area , the upper abdomen. What should I do now . Please suggest me doctor.

29. Male.5'6". 75 kg. Currently taking paliperidone 150 mg. I seem to suffer from apathy for everything except youtube and sleeping. I also have adhd like symptoms where I skip text while reading if I feel it's unimportant or not the conclusion I would like to know in the moment. It's a weird behaviour. Now once I ate veg rolls , drank milkshake and did a little cardio my interest in things returned. Can any stomach related issue cause this problem that resolves after eating and doing cardio?

For the last few days, I am passing loose stool 2–3 times a day, mostly in the morning and evening. After passing stool, I feel very weak, dizzy, and not well. I also get a frequent urge to pass stool even when there is little stool. I don’t have fever, abdominal pain, or black stool. I also sometimes get sudden strong urge to pass urine. How to cure ?

I feel more gastric and after food i go the rest room why is it and help me over come this and have joint pains
