You need to go for  culture test first now, according to your query its most likely due to bacterial infection, because viral infection is less severe and resolved in 2 to 4  days.add ors for fluid Rehydration.

It usually takes 48 to 72 hours for the gut lining to settle after food poisoning or gastroenteritis. Medicines like Ofloxacin-Ornidazole target specific bacterial or parasitic bugs—they do not halt loose motions instantly, and if the cause is a seasonal viral bug or food toxin, antibiotics will not speed up relief. The main goal right now is keeping you well-hydrated while your intestines recover.
Next Steps
Consult for Medication Review: Connect with a doctor to check if you should complete or alter the medicine course, or switch to gut-calming options (like Racecadotril). Stool Examination if Persistent: If loose stools continue past 4 to 5 days, get a basic Stool Routine & Microscopy test to identify the exact cause. Watch for Red Flags: Seek urgent in-person care if you notice blood or mucus in stool, high fever, severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, or very dark/low urine.
Health Tips
Drink ORS Reliably: Have a glass of WHO-formula ORS or coconut water after every loose motion. Plain water alone will not replace the lost salts and electrolytes. Gut-Rest Diet: Stick strictly to light foods like curd rice (dahi chawal), light moong dal khichdi, bananas, and toast. Avoid milk, spicy food, oily snacks, and raw salads for 2 to 3 days. Avoid Anti-Diarrheal Stopper Pills: Do not take OTC anti-motility pills (like Loperamide) without a doctor's advice, as trapping the infection inside the bowel can worsen cramps.

It seems more like a Inflammation rather than infection. Please take probiotics as you have already taken other medications which didn’t work for you. Try to avoid the particular food you had suffered loose motion from, take mild food, avoid spicy and fibres for now. If it still persists, please see a gastroenterologist because there are sometimes when it can be due to other major causes and loose motion is just a symptom it is showing.
Next Steps
Consultant a Gastroenterologist.
Health Tips
Take probiotics and take mild food like curd rice. Avoid dairy and spicy food.
