Dear dotors , is yogurt safe during diarhea ? I mean can eat yugurt safe in loose motion ?

It is absolutely safe to take it. It helps develop the guy flora which are essential. Try ORS for the diarrhoea. You’ll see better results. In case the diarrhoea is watery, restrict water intake to only ORS for a day or so.
