Loose motions that keep coming back over months are not simple infection, so taking a course of medicine every time will only give short relief as you have noticed. In a 35 year old woman the usual causes are irritable bowel syndrome, lactose or fructose intolerance, gluten sensitivity or celiac disease, giardia or amoebic infection that was never fully cleared, thyroid overactivity, and rarely inflammatory bowel disease. So the right step now is to find the cause rather than keep repeating antibiotics. Please get a stool routine with microscopy and stool for ova and cysts, CBC, ESR and CRP, TSH, celiac serology (tissue transglutaminase IgA), vitamin B12 and an ultrasound abdomen. Meanwhile keep a simple food diary for two weeks, cut out milk (curd and paneer are usually fine), very oily and spicy food, artificial sweeteners and excess tea or coffee, and drink ORS on the days motions are frequent. A probiotic sachet once daily and psyllium husk one spoon at night in a little water often help settle the stool. Do consult in person promptly if there is blood or mucus in the stool, weight loss, fever, motions that wake you at night, or your appetite is dropping, as those need a colonoscopy assessment. You are welcome to consult me here (fee Rs 500) or at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj with your reports and I will guide you on the treatment.
