Hi Doc, I had eaten put 2 days back, and since then, my stomach has not been keeping well. I am constipated, bloated and and have a burning sensation in my stomach. Also, frequent pain in the stomach. Had tried having Pudin Hara, and warm water bag but nothing helps for more than 10 mins. Can you please assist on this.

Been struggling from class 1 to obesity from childhood , got in decent shape during covid but gained a lot of fat during night shift job now even after doing workout and decent diet my weight fluctuates a lot I lose 2kg gain it back after 1 week, I have used a lot of fat burners none of them work did calories balancing but my brain runs towards junk now I think only getting on glp 1 or mounjaro can be a solid fix for me

After completing the tuberculosis treatment in this year February fully my weight has been increased alot. Before when I was affected by TB it was 53kg and then it became 55kg then slowly during treatment course it became 58 and now it has raised upto 62kg by this year now after march. I dont even eat outside meals,or non veg,I do yoga and even sleep on time.i dont even overeat homemade food too. And im not married. So what could be causing this sudden rise in weight? Im so worried and want to reduce 4kgs atleast soon. Becoming slim and fit.

Hi, I am facing issue to reduce weight, my face is became round which is making me depressed..I don't eat much still gained lots of weight, I walk other than that no exercise I am able to do..because I get body pain ,tiredness ,breathless feeling..I really want to lose weight please help me out ..I have pcod/pcos issue. Experiencing severe bloating and acidity from 2-3 months and since a week is severe. It gives temporary relief for burning sensation. An ultrasound taken 3 years back mentions, Moderate fatty infiltration of liver and an Echo cardiogram taken 6 months back shows dilation Ascending Aorta 47mm. Taking medicines for BP Concor AM and Rosuvastatin for cholesterol. Do I need to see a Gastro specialist.
