Sir due to stress and anxiety i have gut issues which causes acne on face kindly help to reduce this gut problem in stress cz stress is constant for time being and prevent acne.

Since iron is low doctor has prescribed orofer xt but I heard it worsens gastritis. Already having stomach issues. Please suggest gentle iron supplement which can be well tolerated
