I had hepatitis a but i recovered a month back , i started gymming and all and started taking protein also but even though liver results are alright i am still having gastro issues like burping and bloating . Minor abdominal pain also . I have sever anxiety I am scared what if its IBD or something like that

I have been taking pantaprazole and domperidone tablets for past 3 weeks. They help with my ibs and night time urination frequency. Can such medicines be taken long term? I have ibs for many years now and been taking probiotics as well

I had having stomach pain in both my right and left upper abdomen. Sometimes lower abdomen also. Black stool with mushy texture. Not proper appetitite. Headache also and sometimes pain in chest areas , fingers and toes. This all started when I accidentaly had a scoop of fake whey protein a month ago. I stopped consuming it immediately. I also did blood test two times both times shows slight liver problem. But a significant elevation in P- Lcr, Pdw and MPV. Also not energetic like before. I am confused to how to start the treatment and of which thing. Please guide.

My stool ph. Is 6 and semi formed and bit yellowish. Pus cells 2-4 other things were normal. Cysts or other things like red blood cells were not seen. Bacteria was written plus. What does it indicate? Do i have any infection? My age is 37 female. Pl suggest.

I have been facing digestive issues , mostly gas and bloating after eating and after pooping, I've been told by doctors that it is ibs but I don't have any stomach ache and I can eat anything, if I change my dies it gets effective for 1-2 days but after the problem continues , it's just gas bloating and burps and a feeling of insufficient poop, I think I got parasites and worms as I always feel off and moody , if someone could help.

I am noticing that mostly I get semi solid stools in the morning. But I don't have to go to washroom multiple times. I feel relaxed and ok. But this semi solid stool make me scared. It's not always but still. It is ok? Last year I was taking medicines for anxiety and it started with this stomach issue. This year sometimes I am noticing this semi solid stool. Sometimes for longer days. Very rare trapped gas. Thts all. I feel scared. Please let me know that I am not supposed to get worried right?

Facing issue of constipation and poor urine flow. my urologist says poor  urine flow is due to constiPation as reports are normal. Are there any dignostic test available to confirm that poor urine flow is due constipation .

Dear sir mam , I got stomach pain and went to hospital. On ct scan , it shows my spleen is enlarged to 13.5 cms and doctors advice to admit on seeing this . What to do ? Recently undergone appendectomy on 5th August.
