Hi, I had chest discomfort past 2 days, the discomfort on above heart and below neck area, I am a IT professional worker so Compulsory I will work 7hrs per day in sitting position. Along with discomfort neck pain also occurs. After eating any meals I feel bloating and minimal SOB, after 1 or 2hr bloating gone, this problem persists me for 3 years but I took doctors recommend tablets it was cured, Again it occurs now. I took ECG yesterday it shows normal. Pantaprazole doesn't helps me. What should I do what kind of tablets what disease is this? Please tell me what should I do

I was diagnosed with antral gastritis eight months back I did not take my medicines do I need to get my endoscopy again please help me

Dear Doctor, From past many days there is pimples coming on my husband's forehead. Refer attached image. if one pimple cure another is coming. He is not eating any spicy or outside food only home food is eaten and also his stomach digestion is proper daily. So, Request you to kindly suggest any cream/ ointment to cure pimples faster. I have tried every medicine for ibs. But still its the same.Please tell me do i need to take psychiatric medicines for it as i feel anxious and depressed sometimes

At the beginning of the year I started duloxtine 20 for Fibromyalgia. Within a week I had sudden Gastrirtis which lasted for weeks despite antacids . When I burped I could feel the flavour of bile.but gastroenterologist didn't belive me and gave me PPIs and prokinetics . Ofcourse it didn't help. Endoscopy didn't diagnose anything. I'm currently using alginate raft and colestyramine for the burning sensation. Do you think stopping all the SNRI's will cure the bile reflux?

Itching in the anal area post poop followed by mild burning. And urine also smells foul at times.

I'm getting sour burps & blood in my stools  & having burning sensation in my anus for 3-4 days in every 1-2 months...

Can esophageal motility dysfunction cause difficulty to burp. I feel air trapped in chest and throat but I feel difficult to burp. My endoscopy was normal.

3/4 of gall bladder filled with stones of size 4-7 mm. What to do ? Any medicine to dissolve or surgery is the only option.
