I have stomachache from today at day time and its not severe pain but a little pain and suggest me medicine for same with prescription.

I am having gerd for last 2 years. I have taken all scanning like endoscopy and CT scan, found normal. Last week, i had body pain followed by fever. After two days, i noticed ulcer in throat. Now i have ulcer in mouth, tongue and also having pain and burning sensation while swallowing. Few weeks back, i have taken rifa gut 400 and vsl3. I have vitamin b12 deficiency. Attached endoscopy and cbc report. I want to know what is the root cause for ulcer suddenly in throat, mouth and tongue??

I was diagnosed with antral gastritis 5 months ago. There were no ulcers in endoscopy but a damaged gut lining. I was prescribed nexprod rd 40 for 45days and esogress HP kit for 2 weeks. The prescription did help me shortly but even after 5 months my digestive strength has not returned completely. I did stop eating fried, oily foods, non veg completely and mostly eat rice. However I still face belching from time to time on a daily basis and burning stomach now and then. Eating ginger in the morning did help me but my stomach isnt as resilient as it was. What is the recovery period for this and how to improve upon my situation? Thank you

I have excessive gas but cbc wbc and neutrophils borderline , usg normal. Now am feeling chest heaviness i have cold and back throat feeling full. Is it acid reflux or sinus ..? Gas issue still there but not as severe before.

Few days before i had excess gas i get meds and it somewhat subsidies usg, blood work normal, stool antigen negative. Now i have heaviness in chest , backside of throat and i have pain above eyebrows . No heartburn just heavy chest and throat backside.. is it gerd or post nasal drips. When i cough i get mucus soon sides of throat

I have severe gas trouble for last few weeks now it getting better but not fully, suddenly i noticed small amount of white poop yesterday and grey poop today. Usg normal no gall stones , liver issue .. is it life threatening?

Hi i have severe gas and doctor suggested usg, reports suggested normal and now doctor suggested lft . Is this report normal liver enzymes and bilirubin in range but ast/alt ratio issue .. pls find attachment and share inputs

I was recently diagnosed with calcified granuloma in liver ... It's mat be  because of intake excessive omega 3 ,vit-b12 b3...what should I do..?!
