Problem started with loose motions, but now blood comes when he goes to stool pass. Doctor advised to stool test whose report shows just little bit infection and advised to a hospital having telescopic test

My mother has advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) with metastases to the bones, lungs, and liver. She started Pembrolizumab (Keytruda) + Axitinib (Inlyta) back in March. The great news is that after just 1 cycle, her immense nerve compression pain stopped completely, so we know the treatment is doing its job. However, ever since her 2nd cycle, she has been experiencing debilitating episodes of immense stomach cramps and severe gas. During these flare-ups, she can barely eat. Our current management: We give her over-the-counter/prescribed gastric medicines. We temporarily stop the Axitinib for a few days during the peak of the cramps. After about 3–4 days of holding the Axitinib, the symptoms subside and she gets better, but then the cycle repeats once she starts back up. My mouth is bitter from right side and i have headeche too. Which test I need to do. I have constipation issues for a while .but now when ever I eat anything it didn't digest properly I'll go to washroom after a while. Is it risky .

Colicky pain in left upper Quadrant  of abdomen and sometime in between umblicus and flank which is on and off since 1 month.Pain relieves on passing stool.My bowel movement also increases sometime mild constipation and some time normal. On taking Cyra fir 5 days my pain relieved and vanishes for 10 days. But again since 1-2 days I feel mild colicky pain.

I am not able to swallowing and suffer lack of appetite and food does not taste good. Getting weaker day by day. Help

1. Which infection causes hyperacidity &  hypoacidity? 2. What is the correct treatment for hyperacidity & hypoacidity? 3. For hyperacidity, you are prescribing acid reducing medicines like ppi, h2 blocker, etc. For hypoacidity, again, why are you prescribing the same medicines such as acid blockers along with prokinetics? Can you explain how this works?

Im 18 years old , and for past three years i was preparing for highly competitive exam and i was constantly under stress and was sitting at one place, due to this i developed constipation and bloating which worsened over time. now i have severe constipation and anal muscle spasms if i try to push out , also severe bloating and the gas cant pass through too. the gas and constipation gives me constant headache throughout the day and hives like rashes (histamine inflamation like), ear inflamation and body inflamation. i cant burp naturally too i have to forcefully burp that too not much, and gas locks down in my stomach as i work through my day , whenever i work or do my stuff the headache and bloating just keeps on increasing and body always is in stress until till the night its reached its max point and i need help or care for it then.. all these symptoms worsen when i get anxiety and stress , whenever under stress this bloating becomes 10x times .I weigh around 60kgs and im 5feet 7inch
