I have dirrehea on 22nd and have stomach ache from 1 week,and now change in poop colour to brown black.what is the reason what can I do

I got LIS done for a fissure 3 years ago and since then I have taken very much care of my diet but whenever due to travelling and other situations occassionally hard stools happen and it causes fissure like pain no bleeding but I can feel the discomfort and pain in the anal region. My question is whether it is normal after surgery or not. If one is taking very much care of diet we even one day of avoidance and give negative results. Is the surgery not sustainable ?

My 10 years old daughter has stomach pain for which we gave ibugesic plus. That did not help so can I give Cyclopam. I mean can I give the 2 medicines back to back. Any other recommendations?

Hi have a issue regarding to urine when I go to washroom  I feel like I have to urinate, but it's only a little bit. It feels like I have to go, but it doesn't actually come out. Then it comes out later Actually it does happens before to me.it's happening for the past one or two months, it never used to happen before.

I am a Bariatric patient suffering from 2 years with esophagitis grad B with GERD and suffering like hell with the burning sensation and regurgitation and not able to sleep in the night at all.
