I have black stool with no other symptoms since 2 days . I had lot of red wine during weekend.. could that be the reason... what else could be the possible reasons and is it dangerous. Anything to worry ??

Since the last 3 years I have been takinv Pantop or sompraz or nexpro or vono on a SOS basis..Doctors have asked me to take these medications and also said they are safe..I had done an endoscopy back im 2023 but reports were normal...The problem is even more in winters and I stay out ffrom my home..With home cooke dfood the problem resolves and i hardly take PPIs.. Are these PPIs harmless or cause mild effects ? As the doctors and the Gastroenterologists say ?

Hello Sir! I have long standing case of IBS-D, the first colposcopy was done in 2020 which was absolutely normal. Since then I have had frequent flair-ups. I go for regular check ups and even I asked my doctors if I need another colonoscopy. They delay saying not required. I constantly suffer from loosing motions, bloating,chest burn and weight loss. What do you suggest, should I change my doctor and go for a voluntary colonoscopy to avoid any complications in future or just follow my doctors advise?

Hello doctor, I have had stomach burning and pricking pain for the last 8 days. I am taking the medicines prescribed earlier but still have discomfort. Could this be gastritis or H. pylori? Do I need stronger acid medicine or any tests like H. pylori or USG? Please guide me on treatment and diet.

Had USG KUB Test in November 2025. The report states that the abdomen filled with Gas with Bowel Loops. It's true. Have been suffering from swollen stomach, burps, farts and bowel loops. Need to rush to washroom atleast 2-3 times a day. Suffer from dehydration and acidity from any form of food. What is the remedy ?

I don't have fibre in my body due to which my motion is very difficult and it's kind of constipation. Can you suggest to me what and all I have to eat to make more fibre in my food. Thank you
