Stomach infection combined with gas and mild constipation. What medicine do you suggest? PAN -D works

I got fissure by having augumentin 1000 twice a day for my throat infection now my gut got bad but i have taken probiotics tata 1mg 30billion probiotics , also have taken differents strains like s bouroullis and latic probiotics also all in billions but now my issue is if i dont have probiotics for 3-4 days my fissure return with burning poop

Little stomach pain and motion in black colour . need some guidance to get rid of the problem. Any prescription

Hi..sir or mam I passed stool for 2 days and that 2 days a slight blood has been released..there is no pain and no dizziness I am good only but I don't know due to hear blood has been released in stool..can u tel the medicine for that

Im suffering from constipation since 2 days along with burning and itchiness around the anal part. I also get tight stools and sometimes nausea and headache too. Before one month also this same problem had occurred to me so when I went to a physician she said that its a fissure after checking. But still after the course of medicines was over there wasnt much improvement seen. So please help me treat this condition. I also feel sleeplessness and anxiety due to it.

During my ultrasound i have excessive gas filled in bowel loops noted . Grade 1 fatty liver, Mild fatty infiltration of Pancreas. Having stools soft and diarrhea like and  sometimes mild solid . I started having watery loose stools with vomiting I was having sporlac-ds and metrogyl 400 My vomiting stopped and stool transformed from watery to mushy just like porridge with stomach cramps... It has been 5 days I took raw bananas boiled and gotu kala (thankuni) for home remedies however i am not completely on boiked food sometimes i take semi spicy foods like chicken curry and pastry ( but that is once or twice during these 5 days) What shall i do?
