Grade 2 fatty liver could be reversed by following a healthy diet and more importantly physical exercise.A change in work schedule including the night shifts may have indirectly associated with it.You may take hepasid tablet from siddayu ,but for a few months to see it effect
Grade 2 fatty liver at 31 is manageable and reversible, but realistically takes 3â6 months of consistent effort â not 1 month. Night shift work does contribute by disrupting metabolism and sleep, which promotes fat deposition in the liver. The good news: you're already exercising, which is one of the most powerful tools for reversing fatty liver. Avoid cold drinks, sugary foods, refined carbohydrates, and fried food; eat more vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein. Continue your walking and core exercises, and add at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity (brisk walking, cycling) 5 days a week. Liver enzymes (SGPT/SGOT) and a repeat ultrasound in 3â4 months will help track progress. Avoid self-medicating with unverified Ayurvedic supplements as some can be hepatotoxic.

No worry its completely reversed and manageable fully with lifestyle modifications and dietary habits.reduce carbs and fat in your diet ,avoid street food as much as you can with adequate drinking water.most important is weight loss if you have high bmi.
It is highly manageable, so dont be scared. Night shifts disrupt metabolism, but sugary drinks and poor sleep primarily drive fatty liver.focus on cutting sugar and losing weight, complete reversal takes months, not just one.
Lifestyle and dietary changes are key thing to do for said problem
Rest u can take vitamin e
Other medication tab lipaglyn have more side effects then benefits
