Grade 1 fatty liver is quite common nowadays. Please focus on home made, fat less food. Eat a lot of fibre rich foods such as cucumber, carrot and raw vegetables. Reduce your portion size gradually to help control your calorie intake. If you can, consider increased mobility. A diet and exercise plan will be helpful.
Next Steps
Calculate your BMI and get regular screening done.

To manage acid peptic disease, focus on a diet that includes gentle, easy-to-digest foods like bananas, apples, oatmeal, and lean proteins, while avoiding trigger foods such as citrus fruits, tomatoes, spicy and fatty foods, caffeine, and alcohol, and consider eating smaller, more frequent meals to help reduce symptoms and support healing.
