My brother is diagosed with fatty liver grade 1 ( USG finding) ..hes complaing of indigestion bloating cconstipation and fatigue.plz suggest what how he can manage his problem.what should he not do to aggravate his conditionore and how his condition can be improved?? Plz suggest.thnk you

Need to find cause of fatty liver. Is it alcohol related, hepatitis related, obesity and diabetes related? So get done this test in consultation with a gastroenterologist. Avoid alcohol, low calorie diet, exercise, vaccines for hep B.
