Hello, past 3 days, I am experiencing foul smell burping , stomach pain and yellowish diarrhea. I want to know the root cause. Past two years, I am suffering from gerd.

My digestion is getting weak by day and did the liver and kidney test report and reports are normal but uric acid is slightly on higher side with border line cholesterol . What should I do

Hello doctor, I am 38 years old. I am suffering from stomach problem since last few days. I eat anything and my stomach gets bloated. I also got a sonography done, it comes back normal. I take gas medicine in the morning but by night the problem of bloating stops. I was sleeping today at night. I fell asleep twice, my stomach was getting tight and I was not able to breathe. Hi, I've been suffering from IBS since 1-2 years. My main symptoms include, Urgency to go to stool. I poop 2 times a day. Initially it was only once a day. My stool is yellow in color and sometimes loose. Sometimes, I get urge to poop right after I eat.
