1. Acetaminophen (tylenol) 500 mg tablet 2.Metoclopramide injection 3. Gas App 40mg Tablet 4. CYCLOPAM syrup

I have been suffering from flatulence issue. Doctor prescribed simethicone 140 mg but didn't mention when . Is it before or after food. I have been prescribed levothyroxine 50 mg fir past 1 year. Can I take both medicines together or how much time gap to be given. I am not able to contact my doctor for clarification. Can somebody please help Thanking you

I am facing sharp pain on left side of stomach besides bellybutton what could be the reason? The portion feels tender and painful

Can we use Tab Simethicone to relieve bloating and flatulence. Is it given OD or BD. Or Can we use it whenever needed. Is it advisable to use it daily?

Male 61, retired Bp now - 151/ some 80s or 90s and pulse 138 Bp tablet daily - Telma 20 Thyronorm daily - 75mcg Sugar in control - 6.4 last checked few months ago. FEVER INTERNAL- He said he had fever at night, when I touched him seems no fever outside. should be internal. Foods ate - cheese onion flavoured popcorn, a mango piece, garelu, ground nuts. COMPLAIN - When he complained of stomach indigestion gave him pancharista evening. Whole night he vomited big but once only  and he went to motions small amounts have come he says. HOW TO - Can pulse lower down to normalcy. What medicine to give him. Gave him 1/2 glass electral because bp already high to be careful.

I am facing a bloating and gas issues. Previously, I was not working out and it was a deskjob. So most of the time was in sitting. It started there I think but since I am working out in gym but sometimes it feels bloated and gas is there which causes a fart. Due to that feels heavy in stomach and blown. Despite that it feels to go to poop most of the time.

My child is having watery stool often for the last 2 days , we had travelled to hill station and after coming back facing this problem . He is active and normal except 3,4 episodes of loose stools . I gave half loperamide but didn't work can I give eldoper ?

Doctor, I’ve been having constant stomach pain and a strange pulling or straining sensation in my lower abdomen. I do pass stool daily, but it’s always hard and comes 2–3 times a day in small amounts. I feel like I need to pass stool, but nothing comes out — just that tight, heavy feeling remains. I often feel nauseous when pressing on my stomach. I don’t feel hungry at all. I feel very weak and tired all the time. vit D is 5.3 ng /ml CRP 10.5 mg/L, TSH is  (5.1), while FT3 and FT4 are normal. Vitamin B12 is 485 (normal), and TTG IgA is 6.48 (normal, so celiac unlikely). I am really stressed and not getting relief despite trying multiple medications. Please help me understand what test or treatment i should go for next. I went to so many Dr. but no medicine made any difference. most commonly medicines they give me are antacids even injections of pantoprazole nothing worked even clidinium bromide+ chlordiazepoxide does not made any improvement. Endoscopy result-normal. next step-ct scan

Hi Dr, Today, i have done whole abdomen sonography,  in this investigation result is showing Excessive bowel gases noted in abdomen. And It show mildly increased reflectivity, suggestive of Grade -I fatty changes in the Liver. need to some suggestions, what we have to do or any medicine. Regard, Atish Kumar Jaiswal
