Why am feeling hungry or feeling of heaviness or urge to eat at early morning after adopting early evening eating around 6-7 pm?

I have continuous stomach bloating, constipation and body pain for 3 days..what I can remember is that I ate outside food including non veg before that.. Is this infection or something else..

It started 6 days ago went to a doctor she gave some meds for 2 days it still didn't work. So went again now she gave me loperamide 2mg. It slowed the loose motion for a while but I can still feel stomach pain and distress. What to do

Since one and half months experiencing bloating throughout day,  mild abdominal pain and extreme tiredness and feeling sleepy.  Consulted a nearby clinic and advised USG- shows only GRADE 2 FATTY LIVER. I am taking Thyronorm 88 MCG and Telmisartan 40 for hypertension. Is this bloating age related , will there be any solution for this. Kindly seeking valuable suggestions.

I was suffering from chest pain one month ago. I went to the doctor and he suggested x ray and ecg. Both were almost normal only chest x ray shoes mild opacity in left lung. Then I went to do a CT scan of my abdomen and HRCT of the chest. Chest scan came normal. But the abdomen report shows the fatty liver, dilated bowels filled with feces and multiple subcentimeters lymph nodes in different parts of the body. I am taking meds for acidity and enzymes.  My chest pain has subsided significantly. Please review my report and guide me for further action.
