3/4 of gall bladder filled with stones of size 4-7 mm. What to do ? Any medicine to dissolve or surgery is the only option.

I am unable to tolerate spicy or hot food. After consuming spicy food, I experience an immediate urge to pass stool and feel a burning sensation in my stomach.

I have had upper abdomen pain in recent months often due to indigestion owing to Overeating. Previously Drotin M, Omez DSR helped. A physician in a City i visited prescribed me Eldicet 50. Is it safe to Take Drotin M & Eldicet 50 in the same dose?

I am on regular medicine with doctor consultation for acidity and gas once a day in morning ( Dompan 20) since couple of years . I had recently done a test to check my enzyme levels and also Liver enzymes (LFT) . The liver test was perfectly within lab range but Amylase level was 23.8 U/L ( lower than lab range of 28-110) . I also occasionally take Vitazyme capsule in night. Let me know if there is any concern

My wife is diagnosed with dengue 7 days before now she is dengue negative...we take her to our home...now she is having loose motions and very weekness ...I am giving him ors ...and she is on viral fever medicine...is there any medicine I can give him to stop loose motions... please name ...she is already dengue negative 2 days back

It happens sometimes that when I go to sleep at night and close my eyes and am about to feel asleep with a sudden sense of fear/sensation comes up and I am not able to sleep. It happens every time I am trying to sleep and it does not allow me to sleep. Few years back I had acid reflux complain and similiar things were happening like felt like something was moving up through my chest and then sleep obstruction with the passing of gas, doctor prescribed medications and EXCERAFT at SOS. Now I do not feel movement in my chest but this sleep obstruction happened like twice in  2  months and it troubles me for 3-4 days. Is this acid reflux or something else.

Had jaundice. Recently done tests. Attached report. Also have high blood sugar. Kindly provide diet chart for regular use. Any medications/ prescription.

I also do my USG 2 month ago of whole apdomen which shows that I have mild gastric antritis and My belly was big as compared to normal belly. And I also have digestive issues.
