Myself mbbs doctor passed out in 2023 I'm facing stomach issues since 5-7 yrs consulted many gastros but no use .. the only thing which helps me is metronidazole after taking it I feel my bowel completely emptys i feel refreshed pain burn evrything disappears, otherwise bloating gas discomfort evrything will be there.Any doc can help me out and can anyone explain why flagyl is helpig me??? So many gastros say flagyl is of no use

I have been suffering stomach problems for about 7–8 years, but in the last 2 months the symptoms got worse. Symptoms: Loss of appetite Mild nausea Slight abdominal pain — sometimes in the upper abdomen, sometimes in the lower abdomen (usually more in the lower abdomen) Stool is soft , with mucus/jelly-like material, sometimes a little blood (though I have hemorrhoids) Upper abdomen feels slightly bloated For the last 5–7 days I feel feverish, but the thermometer does not show fever After consulting a doctor, he considered it as IBS and prescribed Razo 20, Normaxin, and Rifagut-400. I have been taking them for about 15 days — I feel a bit better, but not completely. Investigations done: USG of whole abdomen – Normal Stool R/M and occult blood test report: blood in stool – Negative; parasite (cyst) – Entamoeba histolytica What do you think about this?

. pylori, gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining), and potentially esophageal varices.             Esophagus few dilated veins distally

I went for washroom and was sitting on the toilet seat. I felt a strong pressure and pain for a second when i started to deficate...i stopped and i felt uneasiness...than i suddenly came to senses and found my phone on the floor and me still sitting on seat. I do not know how that happened and than a slowly went out and sat on bed and i could hear ringing sound which slowly subsided. I am scared please let me know what to do.

My husband has gone for normal health check up and he was diagnosed with "Multiple mobile calculi 5-8 mm. No biliary dilatation". He was told it's Gall stones but he doesn't have any symptoms. If he didn't go for health check, we wouldn't have got to know that. I am very worried. Is it something very serious?

Gastric erosion and pain due to H pylori infection in 67yrs old person taking diabetic and heart medications. What is the treatment or diet to ease the symptom as 6 months of pantocid is not working and causes stomach pain every now and then even due to strict diet changes with no spice etc

From last 3 weeks i have loss of appetite, slight heaviness in upper centre abdominal pain ( upper navel ). From few days i am feeling dull pain as well specially after eating or sitting in specific posture. I have gone through LFT, KFT, ultrasound, upper endoscopy , all reports are normal. I have lost around 7kg weight in 3-4 weeks. I am really worried, what should i do?
