Stomach Problems & Remedies

From last 3 weeks i have loss of appetite, slight heaviness in upper centre abdominal pain (upper navel). From few days i am feeling dull pain as well specially after eating or sitting in specific posture. I have gone through LFT, KFT, ultrasound, upper endoscopy, all reports are normal. I have lost around 7 kg weight in 3-4 weeks. I have got h pylori positive result in rapid test done via endoscopy. I am really worried, what should i do?

I have been prescribed menoctyl 40 mg for flatulence and ibs cramps. But it's not mentioned whether it is before or after food. Should I take it before or after food?

Not breathing frequently weekly happened not eating heavy food even. From 3 years it is going on Please help

Hello, my daughter is 4yr.10m old daily morning she feel like vomitting ( she do vomit white sticky belgum )due to this she dont do breakfast even if she had 1- 2 bite she wont eat it . Shown to doctor given eterna syp and lactovit ds but then also we dont see any improvement. Can u please suggest to which specialist Dr should we prefer . Also suggest any medicine if possible. I have been suffering from hiatal hernia hills grade 2 diagnosed a year ago i was on ppi for almost a year but i quit them 2 months ago since then  im having occasional gas bloating and flatulence after eating and the acid reflux is present... Hernias don't go away as i was told by my doctor so now I'm trying to manage the reflux through natural methods like yoga diet plans...

This is 31 M from Chennai,India I was diagnosed with H pylori on April 2024 took antibiotic for two weeks. Felt good for 2 months. After that I had some emotional roller coaster due to financial issue,Father Angio and family issues. I had recurring rubbing pain on left lower rib and burning discomfort on abdomen starting from August 2024 this symptoms I have not previously encountered. I went to the same gastro she ran through some Vitamin,Mineral test along with CBC all came good except Vitamin B12, she prescribed Vitamin B12 oral supplements for 3 months and I started taking it religiously. But due to that recurring discomfort I have consulted a Cardiologist, General Physician, Psychologist all prescribed me with anxiety tablet which I done need because I don't want to live with it for life. In April 2025 again I did blood work with stool test along with Hpylori test using blood except minor elevation LFT and Lymphocytes all came normal which my Doctor attributed to stress. AnyHelp

I am suffering from halitosis , I have checked with dentist twice , no oral issue , it's because of digestion problems, its affecting day to day life , loosing confidence & self doubt . Plz help with this .
