I m not feeling hungry from last 1 week , Dry mouth , excessive burping , feeling tiered , nose block and difficult in breathing some time . What's the issue and treatment ?

One polyp of 6.7×3 mm found in Gall bladder. What does it indicate.Is it cancer ? Some time I feel acidity and gas in my stomach. There is no pain.

I am sahil from jammu I am 21 year old I have gut issues since 3 years when I was 18 year old I was healthy energetic and my weight was 54 kg now my weight is 45-46 kg so 3 years back I have infection type symptoms like loose motion type about 1 month mild fever I had that time but I over the time some improvement happened but not fully recovered and it continues for 3 years till now over the time symptoms reduced but not fully recovered now symptoms are abnormal stools sneezing some kind of vision issues I have all tests blood tests endoscopy colonoscopy all are normal but I have doubt on candida overgrowth or like disbiosis it may be sibo or sifo but at mild level so who else read this dr or anyone please don't judge my english I only want to conquer the root cause of condition. Hello My daughter has been diagnosed with multiple mesentric lymphnodes in her abdominal scan.. she was suffering from mild stomach pain and vomitings since 15 days.. is it dangerous or alarming?? I have a problem that to completely freshen up in the morning I need to go two times to bathroom , this problem is from many days and I have had done my ultrasound and the reports are normal , not able to identify what the issue is actually and how to solve it , as it is creating impact on daily lifestyle .

I have been suffering with stomach burning and ache since 2months and have been on Pantoprazole(70 days).H-pylori negative and gasteroscopy and biopsy shows nothing. At this point my doctors dont have a solution for this.I am unable to eat anything other than steamed veggies,bread and boiled chicken.Suffering with bloating and belching. I have tried taking cabbage juice initially it gave me a bit relief but now its not effective.Could anyone please help. Begininng of this I guess I took a whole day fast and was on kyolic garlic tablet as home remedy for overall wellbeing.

"Gall bladder is well distended and smooth in out line and echogenic particle of 6.3mm seen in dependent position " I have no symptoms of pain . I have kidney stones as well . I consulted urologist and he said gall bladder doesn't require any medicine. Any advice Thank you

When I eat something even a pomegranate I felt slight burning like sensation in my throat and after two days it gone by it self . This cycle repeats after every two days . I don't know what's the reason is . Then I have sudden stomach burning sensation. I have constant burping. I took curd rice only for every day still it hurts .
