Stomach Problems & Remedies

After having dinner, I suddenly felt pain in my stomach, nausea and 2 loose motions, started sweating and hear beats went up. I controlled my self lied down for few mins then came back to normal. This has happened to me last year as well. I got my abdomen ultrasound done yesterday, no major issues only mild fatty liver. I am on medications antibiotics and probiotics for IBS and stomach infection for one week. Please suggest is anything serous? In jan I got my ct coronary angiography with results zero calcium score. Please please help.

Can I take Ranidom-O syrup with 8 hours gap? And should I have it empty stomach or after eating ? My doctor has told me have it twice a day but 12 hours is difficult to manage can I make it 8 hours ?

I’ve got usg of whole abdomen done. It says cholelithiasis. Also, multiple mobile calculi upto 1.7 cm. CBD is clear. I always feel nauseous and have severe constipation at times. Stomach also burns at times. Does it indicate I have gall stones and need surgery?
