My stomach pain on and off for 6 days now i do some test like xray,ecg i don't understand I used dyfen injection just in my opinion, and should i take pantop injection just one course

I have been having loose motion since yesterday. Passing stools today more than 10 times. My stomach is continuously bloating. Feeling weakness.. please advise me. The day before yesterday I consumed alcohol badly. Yesterday morning I was having loose motion only but not so much. Yesterday I went water park and after that I am feeling heavy loose motion. Please suggest some medicine

My endometriosis surgery happened on 3jan 2025. I am not having digestive issue afterwards. Recently I am feeling bulge sensation in upper mid abdomin, when I checked with my gynic she said I have gas trap . I have done ultrasound it shows trapped gas at pancreas tail . She did not gave any medicine but now she said use pantaprazol 40gm twice for three days , course is over still I'm feeling tenderness in my tummy . I am feeling hyper sensitive to foods . What to do ?

Feeling upper mid back pain during swallowing from past 1 month so went to the gastroenterologist and in the diagnosis he has mentioned as GERD and prescribed nexpro rd 40, acogut 300 er, sucra-o fil and prothiaden 25 mg tablet but feeling intermittent upper back pain and food pipe pain during swallowing.
