Gym boy facing yellow stool and unable to gain weight from few month also facing fatigue Currently I am taking probiotics supplement with Isabgol and chia seeds there is no improvement yellow stool also increased

Doctor, I have upper abdomen pain from 3 months and feelings tired always I eat food properly but I don't feel energy.

Since last night have been going motion 2-3  times .had full meal yesterday at home plus some sweets also took outside food.The stomach fullness reduces   after motion.Also feel uneasy in chest due to acid reflux.

Hi Sir/Ma'am, For the past 10 days, i have been very feeling bloated at the upper abdomen with constant gas release. Also, I have been feeling constipated for a week as well with low bowel movement. Unable to loose extra weight gain after menopause. More than 10kg gained in last 1 year. Skin blemishes also .
