Hello Dr I m 51 yr old female in my peimanopouse stage.Last week I was diagnosed with Fisser so I started taking ayurvedic churan ,/ Trifala for constipation.How long can I take this churan ..? Due to hard stool my fisser starts to bleed.

Which tablet is better for abdominal pains due to food infection Meftal spaz or cyclopam or any other tablet Please let me know

In May  my brother was experiencing low bp and nausea so we got him checked the doctor got his blood tests done which were normal but recently he again had the same issues with severe gas and he also vomited so the doctor asked us to get his ultrasound done and attached are the finding the first doctor said that we need to get his ct done we took a second opinion and that doctor after talking to my brother and noticing his issues said it's anxiety related he did give us stomach related medicines as well but I need to be sure kindly assist.

Hello From dec 2024 I am having acid reflux issue where it started with throat issues, I was feeling like a lump in the throat, it stayed for 3-4 months, j was taking PPI and antacid, it got treated, but again after 1 month that is in may 2025 I started having dry cough again it was due to acid reflux and still I am having this. I am taking PPI and antacid again and I have done alteration to my diet and some lifestyle changes, Still I need help to cure this permanently. Please suggest.

I am having gerd for last 2 years. I have taken all scanning like endoscopy and CT scan, found normal. Last week, i had body pain followed by fever. After two days, i noticed ulcer in throat.
