I am experiencing fresh red blood in my stool for the second time. My stool consistency is normal and solid — not loose. However, after passing stool, I feel a sharp pain along with a burning sensation, especially when I wash the area. There is no history of diarrhea, fever, or abdominal pain, and the bleeding appears to be from the anal region rather than mixed with the stool. The blood is bright red, indicating it is likely from a lower source. I would like your advice and treatment plan for this Please help

Severe pain in abdomen with a loud cry and instant jumping for 10 seconds.Ultrasound,kidney,urine and blood test,ultrasound for abdomen is also normal.No pain in night when in sleep.No conspitation,goes once to toilet but fecal is thin.what type of pain is this.The dr.has given ofloxicin with metrozil and an Anesthetic antigastric gel.

Pain in back after eating and chest after over eating. Pain in lower back is there. Any other tool than endoscopy for diagnosis.

Dear Sir/Madam, For the last 2 weeks, I felt like a stomach full after light food taken in evening times, From last 1 week suffering with loose motions, after taking tablet controlling motions. Next day again, motions repeating, ìn a day minimum 6 to 8 times going to motions. But there are no other health issues like fever or tiredness or pain in the stomach but noticed some weight loss and sometimes mild pain coming left hand side upper stomach ribs area. Can I take Bifilac sachets as a prebiotic and probiotic supplement twice a week to maintain gut health? Will there be any side effects? I don't eat fermented foods much and can't make changes in my diet, so I want to have some supplements for prebiotics and probiotics.
