Loose motions occurring mainly in the morning after gall bladder removal are quite common and are often due to bile acid–related diarrhea. After gall bladder surgery, bile flows continuously into the intestine, which can cause frequent loose stools, especially after food. Repeated episodes may also get aggravated by food intolerance, oily/spicy food, or occasional gut infection.
Next Steps
If loose motions are recurrent after gall bladder surgery, you may need medicines that bind bile acids and long-term dietary guidance, which should be started only after proper consultation. Consult urgently if: Loose motions persist more than 2–3 days Severe abdominal pain, fever, blood in stool Signs of dehydration For proper evaluation and personalized treatment, please consult me directly through a paid online consultation. Take care.
Health Tips
Start ORS to prevent dehydration Take probiotics (e.g., Vizylac / Sporolac) twice daily for 5–7 days Avoid oily, fried, spicy, and outside food Take small, frequent meals Maintain good hand and food hygiene If motions are more than 3–4 times/day, you may take loperamide (Imodium 2 mg) occasionally, but not daily without medical advice.

if it is occuring frequently then it may be bile acid that is causing stimlation of colon leading to decreased transit time and causing loose motion. Before starting any bile acid sequestrant first we have to estimate bile acid in stool .
Next Steps
take ors 1 litre over 24 hour , keep yourself hydrated
Health Tips
you can try colesevelam 625 2 tab bd , if there is drastic improvement then its bile acid that is causing everything
