Gastric issue
Does Oesophageal Gastric junction LAX cause gas inside stomach, (colon) and excessive farting, burping? I can't able to pass stool completely (no constipation, no hard stools) only more amount gas is been passed while pooping.

Take bandy plus containing albendazole 400 mg + ivermectin 6 mg for deworming (1 tablet in first day and 1 tablet in second day  in a week, repeat same in next week, if required) take flagyl syrup- metronidazole for anaerobic cover, along with sachet/capsule of econorm saccharomyces boulardi granules which helps gastro intestinal flora

tab norflox tz 400 mg twice in a day for 4-5 days and then half tablet BD if required

Consult a gastroenterologist T pantop 40mg od for 2 weeks Antacids gelusil mucain gel gaviscon few things cud help..need further examination.. endoscopy if needed when recommended by gastroenterologist

Mostly its gastritis or bloating Have antacids two times before food daily And cremaffin 20ml bd for one day Still not passing stools then get an usg abdomen and pelvis
