Colon cancer.
Dear I have symptoms of colon cancer. Can you tell me how to diagnose it. Symptoms include back and abomen pain leg pain cramps and change in bowel habit. Pl. Just tell me. I am 20 yrs old.

It is very unusual for an 20 year old to get colon cancer.However if you need to exclude it , consult with a gastroenterologist for colonoscopy.

Please consult a Gastroenterologist in your area. If he also thinks that your symptoms suggest colon cancer he will do many investigations starting with colonoscopy and go up to MRI abdomen .
