Ribbon like stool
I was diagnosed with constipation and anal fissure. I was prescribed duphalac. Why is my stool ribbon like or pencil thin? Is it just constipation or colon cancer?

A rectal examination Should be done to rule out cancer etc. Although Fissure can cause this shape also. The fissure should heal first for proper rectal examination to be possible without pain.
