Looz syrup 15ml once a day for 2 weeks, also take it 2 hr before taking any other medication. To prevent constipation- Eat more fiber in your diet Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day Exercise regularly at least 3 times per week Do not hold in stool as that can worsen bowel issues

You can  take painkillers, drink more water, include more fibres in your diet. Also manual digital excretion of stool may be done if they are very hard to ease the pain by applying local anaesthetic jelly.
