Hi,
First i would recommend you to take sitz bath daily with epsom salt 3-4 times a day along with high fibre food and plenty of water intake, as we need to focus on treatment of the reason of pain rather then just having painkillers. Next for immidiate relief take Zerodol Sp 3 times a day after food. Apply sucral ano cream near the fissure area after passing stools every time for a week. If constipation is not getting better with fibre rich diet take Cremaffin plus 2 table spoon at night till constipation is relieved. Can connect for follow up
Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days. Oxyurate ointment locally by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication two times for two weeks.
Non spicy light diet.
Hi,
Based on your symptoms, it seems like you may be having a small perianal boil or early fissure. You can try the following ointment:
Ointment:
Apply Soframycin or Lignocaine with Nifedipine ointment locally twice a day after cleaning the area with lukewarm water.
Also:
Take Sitz bath (sitting in warm water for 10–15 mins) twice daily.
Use stool softeners like Duphalac syrup 10 ml at bedtime to ease constipation.
---
Next Steps
Avoid straining during stools.
Drink plenty of water (3 liters/day).
If symptoms persist beyond 5–7 days or worsen (e.g. increased swelling, pus discharge, fever), please visit a general surgeon for examination to rule out abscess.
---
Helpful Tips
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Maintain local hygiene.
Refrain from self-pressing the boil if any.
If diabetic or immunocompromised, healing may be delayed—get evaluated sooner.
