Pain while passing stool, usually associated with anal fissure, may last for a few weeks before it heals if the depth of the fissure is not much. You can apply anobliss cream locally twice daily and use sitz bath for a few weeks.Avoid constipation. For definite management consultant a surgeon in your area.

For anal fissure relief, focus on a high-fiber diet rich in whole grains like brown rice and quinoa, fruits like berries and prunes, vegetables like broccoli and carrots, and legumes like beans and lentils, while also staying hydrated with plenty of water to soften stool and reduce strain during bowel movements.
