Hello. 3 months back I had an intestine infection and was given medicines to cure it. Post that infection, after every meal I get this discomfort around my abdomen area which gives me shivers and increase in palpitations, and once I poop out everything I'm fine. I consulted a gastroenterologist and he mentioned that the colen gas is stuck without a way of release hence I'm feeling the discomfort and recommended pro-biotic supplements.
