Just taking probiotics will not solve the issue . It needs to be thoroughly reviewed.

For long-standing upset stomach, a multi-strain probiotic can help restore gut flora and improve digestion. Commonly used options include Bifilac / Vizylac / VSL-type probiotics containing Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains. These are generally safe and helpful for bloating, loose stools, or indigestion.
Next Steps
Start a probiotic once daily after food for 5–7 days • Observe symptom improvement (bloating, stool consistency, pain) • Maintain a light, balanced diet and adequate hydration • If symptoms persist beyond 1–2 weeks, consult a physician/gastroenterologist for further evaluation
Health Tips
Avoid junk, very spicy, or oily food during treatment • Probiotics are supportive, not a substitute for proper diagnosis • Long-term or worsening symptoms need medical evaluation (to rule out IBS, infection, acidity, etc.)

Dear patient why are you  jumping directly to probiotic. Stomach upset since long time so first rule out all the cause like lactose intolarance , iBS , h pylori have u shown someone for this ? Can go for CBC , stool RM , TSH , rbs and so on .. And stomach upset is vague term frankly,  so proper history first is very important .
Next Steps

If upset stomach is there for a long time, probiotics can help — but they won’t fix everything if there’s gastritis, IBS, infection or food intolerance underneath. A multi-strain probiotic usually works better than single strain.
Next Steps
1. She can take a good multi-strain probiotic once daily after food for 7–10 days. 2. Avoid spicy/oily food for now. 3. If symptoms don’t improve, basic evaluation is needed instead of continuing probiotics blindly. 4. A short consultation helps decide proper treatment.
Health Tips
Don’t take probiotics long term without guidance. Persistent upset stomach needs checking. If this has been ongoing, booking a quick consult helps find the real cause and avoids repeat issues.
