Do the following, 1. Keep a food diary to help identify the food item/s causing your symptoms 2. Blood tests- Coelaic antibodies (IgA-TTG), H.pylori antibodies, TSH, CBP, ESR, LFT and HbA1C 3. At the age of 22, taking medications combinations could cause you much more problems in the future. 4. Consume home made Yogurt/Dahi 5. If symptoms don’t settle then- Further tests will be needed All the best. J G S R clinic

I hear you — meds have helped, but that “heavy, uncomfortable” feeling after meals is still bothering you. Based on your history, this fits functional dyspepsia / gut sensitivity, not something dangerous. Actobien + Volapride Plus are appropriate, but symptoms can linger even when treatment is correct.
Next Steps
Eat small, slow meals; avoid late-night, spicy, oily, and carbonated foods • Don’t lie down for 2–3 hours after eating • Continue current medicines exactly as advised • If symptoms persist, we need to check H. pylori, food intolerance, and stress–gut link
Health Tips
This condition improves when treatment is personalized to triggers (food timing, stress, motility). If you want, we can go step-by-step through your meals, symptoms, and reports to fine-tune things so you’re not just “managing” discomfort but actually feeling normal again.

Since you are having symptoms for the last 6 months, this condition is most commonly due to functional dyspepsia, gut motility disorder, or IBS-type digestion problem. The fact that medicines are helping means there is no serious disease, but the stomach and gut are still sensitive. Actobien helps in restoring gut bacteria, and Volapride Plus improves stomach emptying — so the treatment advised by your gastroenterologist is appropriate. However, continued discomfort after meals usually occurs due to: Slow gastric emptying Gas formation Food intolerance Anxiety or stress Irregular eating habits
Next Steps
Continue medicines as advised (do not stop early) Eat small and frequent meals Avoid heavy, oily, fried, spicy foods Avoid cold drinks, fast food, bakery items Eat slowly and chew food properly Avoid lying down immediately after meals Lifestyle advice: Walk for 10–15 minutes after meals Maintain fixed meal timings Reduce stress and late-night eating Ensure adequate sleep If symptoms persist despite 6–8 weeks of proper treatment, further evaluation may be needed such as: H. pylori testing Ultrasound abdomen Endoscopy (only if symptoms persist or worsen)
Health Tips
This condition usually improves gradually with proper diet, gut-friendly routine, and regular medication. For detailed diet planning and proper review of your medicines, I recommend a paid consultation so your problem can be assessed thoroughly and treated effectively. You will improve — just be consistent with treatment and lifestyle changes
