Experiencing bloating alongside a high heart rate can happen because the stomach and heart sit very close together. Trapped gas or a very full meal can press on the diaphragm and stimulate the vagus nerve, which influences your heart rate. It can also trigger mild anxiety that makes a fast heartbeat feel much stronger. However, a fast heart rate can occasionally point to other medical issues. along with that your vitamin D levels are low. you will need medication for the same.
