Burning stomach for 5-6 days
It's been 5-6 days that my stomach has been burning. Almost feels like something is rotting in it. Only cold water helps and soothes. Even normal food sometimes aggravates the burning. There's also some gas and bloating. Bowel movements are inconsistent and I'm sometimes constipated. What to do?

Looks like gastritis (acidity) or peptic ulcer (more severe form of gastritis with lining breaks). You need proper prescription.

It's a acidity related problem in which stomach produces excess of acid in response of spicy food and that acid sometimes causes reflux and burning. Besides spicy food, laying just after food causes these symptoms
Next Steps
1.for 7 days take a tablet of pantop-dsr 45 min before breakfast 2.eat less spicy food during these periods 3.walk for atleast 20 min after food 4.if the burning sensation become more prominent then take 2-3 tablet of digene and swallow after chewing
Health Tips
avoid coffee, chocolate, spicy food, beverages
