Stomach Problems & Remedies

Have a twitching effect/ sensation in the anus . No pain , no blood , no growth or uneasiness except twitches occasionally for sometime. This is for the last one week . Not affecting bowel movements et. It's only gives uneasy feeling while twitching or crawling like feeling . No pin worms no puss or liquid coming out . Had been doing squat exercise and spreading of legs , bending to reduce the lower stomach . Presently having amoxicillin and clarithromycin , pantries for H Pylori . Three days over in the 10 days course . Having amiodarone and beta blocker for AFib ( 1-0-0) both . Right now no twitching or crawling feeling happens a few times in the day . All blood tests / urine tests normal . Looking for advice on this issue . Thank you

Facing incomplete evacuation and bloating for 5 years. Tried meds for constipation no effect at all. Please suggest a treatment. Maybe it's IBS-C but I'm not sure. Also, facing symptoms of ED, is it related to stomach issues I'm facing?

Having mucus blood after passing stool And pain at anus I had irregular bowel issues from so many years ago Some time constipation Some time normal Some time like dihherea And seen blood in stool along with mucus 3 times

Hi Doctor, One month ago, my SGOT was 28 and SGPT 47. Now SGOT is 49 and SGPT 32. I was doing a lot of intermittent fasting and recently ate only veg soup with moong dal. Three days before the test, I ate chicken steak with a little rice and veggies. The next day I had loose motion. I also started weightlifting again after 1 year just a few days ago. For the past 10–12 days, I’ve been taking milk thistle twice daily. In my recent tests, KFT was normal but uric acid was 8.7 SGOT 49 lab normal value <40 . My doctor prescribed Febuxostat 80mg for 2 months. Is it necessary to take this medicine? Could fasting, ketosis, diet, or muscle recovery raise uric acid and SGOT? because my body start making keton bodies,I also have mild calf pain muscle pain,and another problem is taking time to fall in  sleeping. I’m 24, living away from home, and have a history of post-COVID drug side effects, so I’m worried about taking strong meds again. Please guide me on what to do and eat.
