I have a bloating issue in my stomach which is slightly down to the left rib bone, complete left side and feel little hotness and around that place, my RBC count is 5.56 and blood urea 5.7 and creatinine is 1.22 and urea is 12.4 and vitamin b12 is 135 and vitamin d is 12.60, I'm going through asthma treatment from past 8 months.

Hello doctor My digestion was so strong earlier but from 3-4 months it is being too weak like I get loose stool most of the time whether I eat spicy or not..I take metrogyl it gets better (sometimes not) then after sometimes it gets the same. I sometimes experience pain around my liver area for one year ,it was worse before but now it is lesser and less frequent.Apart these I get bluish bruishes on my legs ,arms and back sometimes which goes on its own without paining. For some days I am seeing some pure black matter embedded within my poop and the texture of poop is also weird.Please give your consultation on this I am a neet aspirant I don't get time for consultations and for taking care of myself Tell me what is the problem and what should I do Thank you

I have GERD due to stress and aggrevate on and off .. yesterday a small string of steel wire stuck into my feet and doctor removed that after giving local anesthesia. Bcs That string was spiral. Doctor prescribed pan40, taxim200 and zerodol SP. It occurred around 3pm. I took those tablets once I come to home around 4pm. My discomfort started around 5.30. I had vomiting sensation and severe burning sensation, irritation on chest/ foodpipe. Then vomitted 4 times the food I had on lunch. Then after 7, loose motion started. It's too watery I don't feel wats going below me. Again I consulted doctor and he prescribed a tablet ( fivBac - HS tablet)I attached. I dnt knw wat is the use of that tablet. And I have been defecating loose motion around 9 times while travelling. Pls check the tablet and confirm me the correct usage of that tablet. I'm still having loose motion and nausea. Pls tell me a good tablet for the same. Thanks in advance.

My father has been suffered from stomach pain and lower abdominal pain since 5 days. We do CT scan and USG of whole abdomen and prostate gland test and  everything comes normal. My father is an epilepsy patient since 10 years old. And also he support from prostate gland problem. My usg report shows normal but in the pancreas section it says no definite mass leison is seem. Why it is senn no definite does it means there can be any leison?? Am worried plz tell. The overall study though written is normal! Am 37 year old female.

Hi, I got pain while urination and after that got sudden pain in stomach and I did the test of my urine. There's a UTI in my urine report. I have reached to hospital and they said to do the test-CT whole abdomen but they didn't specify that whether it's NCCT whole abdomen or CECT whole abdomen. Can you please help me in deciding that whether it's Ncct whole abdomen or CECT whole abdomen ?
