Two weeks back, i had throat ulcer followed by sneezing, coughing. Last two days, i find nose irritation in nose. I have to blow everytime. May i know what is the root cause for this?

Two years back, while sleeping, i had increased heart rate. After this, i had reflux while having tea morning. From then, everytime, i go for having food, i have increased heart rate and have food in anxious state. After having food, i will have burping. Went to cardiologist, had full heart check up. Everything ok. Went to gastroenterologist, did endoscopy and manometry test. They said everything normal and diagnosed gerd and anxiety. Months were gone. Now i have chronic cough and mucus, indigestion and lack of sleep. Always feel my body is hot. What is the root cause for this issue?. I went to all doctors but no solution
