From last 2 days i am feeling pain above navel some time pain on higher some time normal pain also have loose motion 1 day back taken DSR and zenflox oz also pain killer but 3 rd day i also feel pain no loose motion

I am finding it difficult to pass stool back of my but hole hurts while passing stool even when the stool is not hard and it itches it it hemmoroids

It started as indigestion and weakness. Since 8-10 days, stool was yellow, floating and spread out. Now it's still yellow but getting better. I am having a lot of weakness, haven't been able to go to office since 8 days. I need to join back on Monday. Positive reports- stool is yellow and the rest in the report. What medication to take? I want the weakness to go. It's still there. I also got my periods yesterday. Is it giardiasis or any bacterial infection. In basic stool examination, pus cells was 2-4, no ova or epithelial cells.

Since 2 months once she completed one suffering with severe constipation amd frequent urination like in every 10 min she does poop 1,2 times a day but with too much straining,all tests are done everything is normal dr has given constipation relief syrup my concern is why is it happening i m giving her water fibre everything but ni relief, and dr increased vit d dosage from 0.5 ml to 1ml 800IU os this can contribute to all these problems

I am 64 years old and have been suffering from severe acid reflux for the past many months. Even though I am eating non-spicy food, the reflux continues. About two weeks ago I changed my diet to include more vegetables and fruits, but the symptoms have not improved. I am a heart patient and currently taking the following medicines: Clopilet 75 mg Thyronorm 75 mcg for thyroid Telma 40 mg for blood pressure Gluconorm 500 mg for diabetes Fexuclue 40 mg for acid reflux Two years ago I had Helicobacter pylori infection twice and was treated with antibiotics. I have also undergone 4–5 endoscopies in the past. Along with reflux, I sometimes experience severe body pain. My recent blood test results showed: Hemoglobin: 10.6 g/dL PCV: 32.9% ESR: 48 mm/hr Eosinophils: 6.88% Other findings were normal: Kidney function (creatinine), Liver tests (AST, ALT, bilirubin), Uric acid, CRP -   normal What tests would you suggest to identify the cause and control the reflux and pain.

Heart burn, Stomach pain, back pain gas related, empty stomach burning sensation, bad stinky breath, after eating multiple burping, feeling bloated.

Is it right to eat fruits on an empty stomach not citrus fruits like papaya watermelon or banana etc
