Burning sensation when sitting
Hi doctors, Two days ago I took a new protein shake with milk after which I had constipation/ pain in the stomach and i went to poop. Later that day, I felt something was sticking out like a lump and It was very weird to sit and sleep. The next day, I had a fart and then it felt okaiesh to me. Today when I popped I saw blood stains and no pain as such but I'm having a burning sensation. I am on a high protein diet of approx 130 gram . Drinking lots of water but no much green vegetables.what should I do.

Your symptoms are due to an anal fissure caused by hard stools from the high protein diet and low fibre. It’s common and usually improves with the right care.  Book a quick consultation with me. I’ll give you the exact treatment and diet plan to heal it fast.  Don’t worry, we’ll sort this soon.

Your symptoms may be due to a hemorrhoid (pile) or a small anal fissure caused by constipation and straining. The lump, slight bleeding, and burning sensation fit with this. Increase fiber intake (fruits, vegetables, whole grains), drink plenty of water, and avoid straining during bowel movements. If bleeding continues, the lump persists, or symptoms worsen, please consult me for further treatment plan.
