Your symptoms may be due to a hemorrhoid (pile) or a small anal fissure caused by constipation and straining. The lump, slight bleeding, and burning sensation fit with this.
Increase fiber intake (fruits, vegetables, whole grains), drink plenty of water, and avoid straining during bowel movements.
If bleeding continues, the lump persists, or symptoms worsen, please consult me for further treatment plan.
