I am 38 year old women i am grtting from last 4 week sever bloating i dont get motion i go with force i get very less sensation of pee how i used to get earlier it used to be quiet sharp.i feel full when i wake uo after bowl movement and all the time i burp a lot these days i pass gas but earlier i used to pass lot of gas now to get relief that i also i do forcefully. My stomach is very hard and warm all the time. I did blood test and ultrasound please see. I eat curry leaves raw haldi in morning beetroot kanji than in breakfast i take one or two fruit along with two raw amla than lunch millet daal and vegetable and at night millet roti along with sabzi. Please tell what i doing wrong

Since 2-3 months i have been facing this issue of rapid heart rate got the ecg and echo done which was normal Fatty liver was there for which i took medicines Now suddenly i get rapid heart rate which cause breathlessness and lightheadedness. What steps shall be followed?

Hello there, It's been three days and I am experiencing a stuffy upper abdomen. When I touch or press it I feel hard in the morning, also the stool is not so clear (watery).  I was on medication for two days even then today being the third I am not so recovered. Please help me out🙏

Hello Dr iam Male 42 years. I have upper abdomen cramps pain from 17 years & loosemotions 6 to 7 times everyday.  Consulted gastroentrologist. Endoscopy & colonoscopy & prescribed medicine for pangastritis multiple erosions with rut & h pylori is positive. Dr prescribed 8 medicines with h pylori medicines claribid 500. 1 tablet morning night & mox 500. 2 tablets morning night. Dr suggested take all 6 medicines with h pylori medicines. Please suggest can I take h pylori medicines after taking first prescribed medicines. Prescribed medicines are very costly. I had called Dr he is telling me that u will treat on ur own whatever u want. Prescription & endoscopy reports attached. I purchased medicines for 14 days 20 days & h pylori medicine for 10 days. I don't want to take these medicines after 20 days. Please guide any other medicines course after 20 days. Reports attached. Dr details not shared because of confidentiality. Please reply

Four days ago, I accidentally swallowed a chewing gum (or I’m not sure if I swallowed it). Since then, I occasionally feel mild one-sided abdominal pain. Stool and gas are passing normally, sometimes with slight difficulty, sometimes normally. There is no vomiting or bloating. I had intestinal obstruction surgery 12 years ago. Should I be worried about gum causing obstruction, or is this mild intermittent pain normal? Do I need any imaging like ultrasound/CT?"

I have gasterits since many years, but since August 15, 2025, I was diagnosed with large bowels gaseous Loops, in the sonography, and the Gp says it's normal,  he gave me some medicine, for my stomach And tonic for appetite, but still I have absolutely no appetite, dehydration and fast heart beat. I don't know what to do?
